Charles DeStefano heads to Albany to advocate for the rights of Injured Persons

On April 21 and 22, Charles DeStefano will be attending Lobby Day in Albany on behalf of the Staten Island Trial Lawyers Association. Meetings will be held at the chambers of Senators Lanza and Savino, as well as the chambers of Assembly members Borelli, Cusick, and Titone. The topics will include proposed legislation to hold insurance companies accountable to disclose their finances to the public, a bill to provide consumers with the option to upgrade their Uninsurance Coverage, as well as a proposal to raise the minimum auto policy limits to $100,000.

This is the fourth year that Mr. DeStefano has attended this important event on behalf of injured persons.  He is currently the President of the Staten Island Trial Lawyers Association.
