    You can do without that extra drink, especially if you prefer to live life with a clear conscience. You might also consider that the average fines are 1,000 dollars plus a 6 month suspension for first time offenders. Additonally, legal fees are approximately 5,000 dollars.  Your insurance rates will go up by 1,000 to 2,000 per yearyear. Do the math = is it worth it?
